Baby Jogger City Mini
The City Mini is a full-size stroller that doesn't really make a statement in any way, except that it's extremely light and compact when folded. It also does well in all our categories, although it doesn't score as high as other strollers because of a poorly placed window that peeks out and storage that's a bit restricted.
This is a great stroller for families that require something to get them through the everyday and occasional adventures. It has a wide footrest and is well cushioned, so children will be comfortable. The seat reclines quite flat, but it took us two hands to do. The adjustable calf support is an attractive feature that will allow your child's feet to kick up when they're tired.
Like many of the other strollers we have reviewed like the City Mini, the City Mini has a huge canopy that is UV50 and that parents love. The sun shade is well designed and pulls all the way down which is great because it will keep your child completely safe from the check here sun without having to constantly tuck it back into the right spot.
The City Mini can be easily transformed into a double-stroller simply by attaching an add on kit. This will give you the option of using any Baby Jogger car seat and creating a travel system right from the beginning. The only downside is that adding a second seat to the stroller changes its appearance and feel. Some parents may be unable to manage this after they get used to it.
Another alternative to the City Mini is the City Mini GT Double Stroller. It is a bit more expensive than the single City Mini but it does have additional features, such as "forever air" rubber suspension and tyres, making it suitable for off-roading. It also has an adjustable handlebar as well as a hand-operated parking brake that makes it more comfortable to use than the standard City Mini.
